Privacy Notice

How CUBE handles participant information across CUBE Up and CUBE services. This notice reflects the current operating mode of the site.

Last updated: 28 July 2026

Scope

This Privacy Notice applies to the CUBE website and to CUBE Up — the free strategic diagnostic accessible at /cube-up.

Current operating mode (browser-local)

CUBE Up is currently provided in a browser-local mode. Information you enter during the diagnostic is stored only in your own browser to calculate and display your CUBE Up results. It is not transmitted to CUBE, is not received by CUBE personnel, and is not stored on any CUBE server while this mode is active.

Clearing your browser data may remove your saved progress and results.

Optional preferences recorded in your browser

You may record optional preferences — such as interest in results follow-up or receiving occasional CUBE insights — while completing CUBE Up. While the browser-local mode is active, these preferences remain in your browser only and are not received by CUBE. CUBE will not contact you based on a browser-local preference alone.

Future secure submission

A secure submission channel is being prepared. It will be activated only after appropriate controls, including retention controls, are approved. When activated, participants will be asked to provide separate, informed consent before any information is transmitted to CUBE.

Security principles

CUBE Up is designed around privacy-by-design, data-minimization and access-control principles informed by ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701. This does not represent ISO certification.
